摘要:
目的了解我国三级综合医院护理质量和安全环境现状，为进一步营造医院良好安全环境，提高临床护理质量提供参考。方法通过国家护理质量数据平台，对我国739家三级医院，398 073名临床一线护士进行护理质量和安全环境调查。结果护理质量和安全环境总得分为（81.56±5.74）分。与东部地区相比，西部地区护理质量和安全环境得分相对较低；与内科相比，妇产科、儿科、五官科、门诊医技、消毒供应等科室护理质量和安全环境得分较高，外科、重症医学、急诊和手术室等科室得分较低；与工作年限＜2年的护士相比，工作两年以上的护士对科室护理质量和安全环境的评价较低。结论我国三级综合医院护理质量和安全环境得分处于中等偏上水平。需要充分考虑医院所在地域、科室、护士工作年限等，有针对性地进行环境改善，提升护理质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the nursing quality and safety environment status in tertiary hospitals in China, and to provide evidence for hospitals to create a safety environment and improve the clinical nursing quality.MethodsThrough the National Database of Nursing Quality, 398 073 clinical nurses in 739 tertiary general hospitals in China were surveyed for nursing quality and safety environment.ResultsThe total score of nursing quality and safety environment was 81.56±5.74. Compared with that in the eastern region, the score of nursing quality and safety environment in the western region was relatively lower. Compared with that in the internal medicine, the scores in the departments such as obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, ENT, outpatient, and medical skills were higher, and the scores in departments such as surgery, critical medicine, emergency department and operating room were lower. Compared with nurses with less than two years of work experience, the score of nurses who had worked for more than two years were lower. Conclusion The nursing quality and safety environment scores of tertiary hospitals in China were at the upper-middle level. It was necessary to carry out targeted nursing quality and safety environment improvement, according to the region, department, nurse working years, etc.
