摘要:
以相关法规制度为依据，制定医院临床输血工作管理规定，明确输血指征、输血前检查项目及医疗文书3类检测内容与各自判定标准，结合临床用血及病历书写特点和要求研发输血病历实时检测系统，对医生临床用血行为进行实时检测，强化了医生合理用血理念，使输血病历书写更加规范，管理时效性显著增强。但系统并不能降低输血治疗本身的风险，医院应对系统收集信息进行客观分析，并更加重视人的因素。
Abstract:
Based on relevant laws and regulations, hospital blood transfusion work management regulations were formulated, the three examinations categories of blood transfusion indications, pre-transfusion examination items and medical records, and their respective criteria were clarified. Combined with clinical blood use and medical record writing characteristics and requirements, the blood transfusion medical record real-time detection system was developed to detect the doctor's clinical blood behavior in real time, so that the doctor can strengthen the rational use of blood concept, standardize the blood transfusion medical records, and significantly improve the management timeliness. However, the system could not reduce the risk of transfusion therapy itself. The hospital should objectively analyze the information collected by the system and pay more attention to human factors.
