摘要:
目的分析我国医院品管圈发展现状，探讨存在问题，为今后发展提供参考与借鉴。方法利用中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库，检索国内正式发表的医院品管圈相关文献，对文献数量、发表年代、地区分布、期刊分布、主题等进行计量学分析。结果共纳入3 904篇文献。我国医院品管圈发展迅速，应用领域广泛。但临床实践研究多于理论研究，地区发展不均衡，文献合作程度低，基金支持少。结论应加强地区间合作，推动医院品管圈理论与实践共同发展，积极扩大品管圈应用范围。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the present situation and limitations of hospital quality control circle in China, and provide reference for future development.MethodsAll literatures related to the quality control circle of hospital in China were searched in the Wanfang, VIP, CNKI, CBM database. The number of publications, area and journal distribution, research categories were analyzed by bibliometrics methods.ResultsA total of 3 904 articles were included. The research of hospital quality control circle in China was developed rapidly and widely used. The studies showed the clinical practice research was more than the theoretical research with the uneven region development, low cooperation degree and the lack of funds.Conclusion Regional cooperation should be strengthened to promote the joint development of theory and practice of hospital quality control circle and actively expand the application scope of quality control circle.
