摘要:
医生助理有利于缓解医疗资源短缺问题,提高患者就医满意度,是使用现有资源创造价值的一种方式。文章从医生助理定义、岗位职责、准入条件、培养方式和管理等方面结合现有文献,对国内外医生助理概况进行了总结和分析,指出了其发展过程中的不足,启示我国应拓展医生助理服务范围,形成系统培养体系,制定相关政策法规,以优化医生助理执业环境,推动我国医生助理岗位工作向前发展。
Abstract:
Physician assistants are helpful to alleviate the shortage of medical resources and can improve patients' satisfaction, which is a way to replace personnel allocation mode and create value by using existing resources. Based on literature review, this paper introduced the general situation of physician assistants at home and abroad from aspects of responsibility, admittance requirement, training mode and management. Furthermore, the limitations on development process were pointed out and it suggested that China should expand the service scope of physician assistant, form a systematic training system, formulate relevant policies and regulations to standardize the practicing environment of physician assistant and promote the development of physician assistant.
