上海市基层社区家庭病床管理模式SWOT分析

摘要:: 对上海市基层社区家庭病床工作现状进行分析，发现具有全科团队管理、政府支持、信息化水平稳步提高等优势，也有人员流失严重、区域发展不平衡等劣势，面临政府重视、居民医疗需求增加等机遇，也存在人口老龄化加剧、相关法律法规有待完善等挑战。提出：应加大政府统筹管理力度，加强全科团队建设，加快信息化建设步伐；应优化管理模式，制定人才发展战略和行业服务规范；应以人为本，加强多学科交流，强化流程建设；还应制定标准化流程，加强法律法规监管等。

Abstract:: The current situation of family bed work in community health service institutions in Shanghai was analyzed. It was found that the advantages included general team management, government support, smooth improvement of information technology, etc also faced disadvantages such as serious staff turnover and regional development imbalance. The opportunities included the government’s paying attention to and the increased medical needs of residents,the challenges included the increasing population aging and the need to improve relevant laws and regulations. It was proposed that the government should strengthen the overall management, strengthen the team building of the whole department and accelerate the pace of informatization construction; optimize the management model, formulate talent development strategies and industry service standards; it should be people-oriented, strengthen multidisciplinary exchanges, and strengthen process construction; formulate standardized processes and strengthen laws and regulations.
