摘要:
目的探讨DRGs在汉中市综合医院医疗质量管理评价中的应用。方法通过采集汉中市10家综合医院的病案首页数据，运用C-DRG分组器进行分组，对其产能、效率和安全三个方面进行医疗质量评价。结果在医疗服务能力的产出上，H1最高，H10最差；在医疗效率上，H8最好，H3最差；在医疗安全评价上，H6最差，H1最好。综合评价H1最优，H2次之，H6最差。结论DRGs在评价医疗质量方面具有可靠性和科学性，可以为医疗服务监管、医疗资源合理配置提供数据支撑和决策参考。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the application of DRG in medical quality management evaluation of General Hospitals in Hanzhong.MethodsThe data of the medical records of 10 general hospitals in Hanzhong were collected and grouped by C-DRG grouper to evaluate the medical quality in terms of productivity, efficiency and safety.ResultsIn the output of medical service capacity, H1 was the highest and H10 was the worst. In terms of medical efficiency, H8 was the best and H3 was the worst. In medical safety evaluation, H6 was the worst and H1 was the best. Comprehensive evaluation of H1 was optimal, H2 was the second, and H6 was the worst.Conclusion The management tools in evaluation of medical quality was reliable and scientific, and it can provide data support and decision-making reference for medical service supervision and rational allocation of medical resources.
