摘要:
目的分析内蒙古自治区3家医院2016年病案首页数据质量缺陷。方法3家医院共抽查病历300份，对病案首页数据错误进行统计分析。结果主要诊断、其他诊断填写正确率分别为74%、71%，主要手术操作、其他手术操作填写正确率分别为87%、58%，主要诊断、其他诊断编码正确率分别为94%、89%；主要手术操作、其他手术操作编码正确率分别为85%、53%。结论通过分析病案首页数据错误，持续改进病案首页质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the quality defects of data on home page of medical records of three hospitals in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2016.Methods300 medical records were sampled in the three hospitals and statistical analysis on errors of the home page of medical records were made.ResultsThe correct rate of major diagnosis and other diagnosis was 74% and 71%, the correct rate of major operation and other operation was 87% and 58%, and the correct rate of major diagnosis and other diagnosis coding was 94% and 89%, respectively. The coding accuracy of major and other surgical operations was 85% and 53%, respectively.Conclusion By analyzing the data errors of the home page of medical records, the quality about the home page of medical record can be improved continuously.
