摘要:
目的优化出入院流程,改善患者就医体验。方法成立一站式服务中心,隶属医务处管理,具有业务和职能管理双重功能,并在人员管理、出入院流程、床位协调、信息平台建设等方面提供支持。结果一站式服务中心成立以后,患者平均住院天数、出入院办理时间、术前检查等候时间、均次住院费用均降低,患者满意度和床位周转率均有提高。结论分散式一站式服务中心不同于集约化出入院服务中心,不增加独立场所,不对现有诊疗流程做大的改变,在市级三级医院中更具有借鉴和推广价值。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo optimize the discharge and admission process and improve the patient's medical experience.MethodsA one-stop service center was established under the management of the Medical Service Department, which had dual functions of business and functional management and provided support in personnel management, hospitalization process, bed coordination, information platform construction, etc.ResultsAfter the establishment of the one-stop center, the average length of stay, the time of hospitalization, the waiting time for preoperative examination, and the average hospitalization cost were reduced, and the patient satisfaction and bed turnover rate were increased.Conclusion The decentralized one-stop service center is different from the intensive hospital discharge and admission service center. It does not add independent places and does not make great changes to the existing medical service process. Therefore, it has more reference and promotion value in the municipal tertiary hospitals.
