目的 以汉化版明尼苏达满意度短式量表调查广州市某三甲综合医院医生工作满意度,并提出改进建议。方法 采用对译方式确定量表内容,委托各科室护士长向全院701名在职医生发放调查问卷,采用SPSS 20.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果 量表的Cronbach's α系数为0.959,总体内部一致性较高,适应性良好。医生总体满意度得分为3.20,内在满意度3.29分,外在满意度得分3.01。道德价值、社会地位、稳定性、同事关系等得分较高(大于3.5分),薪酬、单位制度、晋升机会、工作条件等得分较低(小于3分)。按年龄
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the physicians’ job satisfaction in a tertiary comprehensive hospital in Guangzhou by using the Chinese version of Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (short form), and made improvement recommendations.MethodsThe content of the scale was determined by means of translation. The head nurse of each department was entrusted to issue questionnaires to 701 in-service doctors in the hospital to investigate the job satisfaction. The SPSS 20.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.ResultsThe Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.959, with high overall internal consistency and good adaptability. The overall satisfaction score of doctors was 3.20,internal satisfaction was 3.29, and external satisfaction was 3.01. Moral values, social status, stability and relationships with colleagues scored high (more than 3.5 points), while salary, company system, promotion opportunity and working conditions scored low (less than 3 points). There were statistically significant differences in satisfaction scores between groups according to age, length of medical service, status, title and educational level (P<0.05).Conclusion The Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire is an effective way to measure the true status of doctors' job satisfaction. To improve the job satisfaction of doctors, it should pay attention to planning guidance and promoting the sustainable development of doctors career; strengthening salary management and improving doctors salary satisfaction; improving working conditions and external satisfaction of doctors; attaching importance to the growth of intermediate doctors and stabilizing the backbone doctors.
