摘要:
手术患者安全受到了社会的高度重视。从1起手术部位标识错误案例着手，认为患者管理不规范与手术团队成员执行手术安全核查不规范是两大关注点，进一步探讨了发生手术部位标识错误的原因，提出可以从手术部位标记、手术安全核查、简要介绍、专项促进、信息系统支持、营造安全文化等方面进行防范。同时，认为要避免手术部位标识错误应该做到科学管理的常态化，临床实践的规范化，安全教育的合理化，安全文化的可视化等。
Abstract:
The safety of surgical patients is highly valued by the society. Starting from one case of surgical site identification error, it was considered that the lack of patient management and the surgical team members perform surgical safety verification not standarized were the two major concerns. Furthermore, the causes of the surgical site identification error were analyzed, which suggested that the preventive measures included the marked surgical site, safety verification, brief introduction, special promotion, information system support, and safety culture. It was believed that the regular prevention of surgical site identification errors lies in the normalization of scientific management, the standardization of clinical practice, the rationalization of safety education, and the visualization of safety culture.
