摘要:
急诊专病绿色通道是实现急诊专病高效诊治的有效途径,应用物联网技术,能够保证救治的及时性和有序性。以鼓楼医院急诊脑卒中绿色通道为例,通过建立多学科合作的卒中绿色通道团队,应用物联网技术实现信息在时间和空间上的同步传输与管理。应用后卒中急救效率显著提升,患者到院至接受静脉溶栓时间逐步缩短至36.7min。但该运行模式仍存在一定障碍和不足,需进一步实施移动健康管理,实现救治全程的管理闭环,以期在社会急救体系中得到推广和应用。
Abstract:
The green channel for emergency diseases is an effective way to achieve high-efficiency diagnosis and treatment of emergency diseases. The application of Internet of Things technology can ensure the timeliness and orderliness of treatment. Taking the green channel in the Emergency Department of Drum Tower Hospital as an example, through the establishment of a multidisciplinary collaboration team on stroke, the application of Internet of Things technology enabled the simultaneous transmission and management of information in time and space. After application, the first-aid efficiency of stroke was significantly improved. However, there was still certain obstacles and deficiencies in this operation mode. It was necessary to further implement mobile health management and realize the management closed loop of the whole process of treatment, in order to be promoted and applied in the social emergency system.
