法国医养结合服务实践与思考-《中国卫生质量管理》

摘要:: 法国是全球最早进入老龄化社会的国家之一，法国医养结合发展实践包括以居家为主的多元化医养结合服务体系和全覆盖而有差别的医疗保险体系，以分级评估为支撑，构建长期照护体系，私营医养结合服务机构发展迅速，注重老年专科研究和护理人才专业培训。通过学习和借鉴法国的先进经验，建议我国医养结合服务应多种模式并举，满足老年人多样化医养结合需求，整合医疗保险体系，创新供给方式，促进社会力量积极参与，加强老年专科研究和专业人才培养，助力医养结合服务发展。

Abstract:: France is one of the first countries to enter the aging society. The practice of the combination of medical and elderly care service in France has the characteristics of diversified medical and nursing service system based on home care, the medical insurance system with full coverage and discriminatory, supported by grading assessment, build of a long-term care system, the private medical combining services developing rapidly, paying attention to the elderly specialized research and nursing professionals training. Through learning from the advanced experience of France, it was suggested that the combination of medical and elderly care service in China should be a variety of patterns, meet the diversified demand of the elderly, integration of medical insurance system, innovation on supply measures, promotion of social forces active participation, strengthening the elderly specialized research and professional talent training, which aimed to help the medical and elderly care combination service.
