摘要:
临床决策支持系统（CDSS）经过多年发展日趋完善，各类CDSS在临床实践中获得了广泛应用。在医学知识迅速更新的当下，各种基于最佳临床证据的医学知识未能被及时地传播到临床工作中并有效影响诊疗实践。在此背景下，人们开始关注 CDSS 在促进循证医学应用中的作用，由此产生了“循证临床决策支持系统”概念，并成为CDSS领域的重要研究主题之一。围绕这一主题，本研究首先对CDSS发展历史进行回顾，然后对循证临床决策支持系统产生背景和相关工作进行介绍，最后对循证临床决策支持系统未来的研究热点展开了讨论。
Abstract:
After several decades of development, the clinical decision support system (CDSS) has become increasingly sophisticated, and various types of CDSS have been widely used in clinical practice. In the current rapid update of medical knowledge, various medical knowledge based on the best clinical evidence has not been disseminated to the clinical work in a timely manner and has effectively affected the practice of medical treatment. In this context, people began to pay attention to the role of CDSS in promoting the application of evidence-based medicine, which resulted in the concept of “evidence-based clinical decision support system” and became one of the important research topics in the field of CDSS. Focusing on this topic, the paper first reviewed the history of CDSS development, then introduced the background and related work of evidence-based clinical decision support systems, and finally discussed and looked forward to the future research on hot spots of evidence-based clinical decision support systems.
