摘要:
成立品管圈小组，以“降低口腔癌患者手术部位感染率”为活动主题开展活动。通过现状调查发现，口内手术部位感染和颈部手术部位感染为改善重点，解析真因为冲洗液选择单一、营养不足、未掌握口腔冲洗方法、口腔清洁不彻底、负压装置未定期加压等。拟定对策并实施，包括使用联合口腔冲洗液，改良口腔冲洗吸引压力，改进负压引流装置，实施个性化饮食管理等。使口腔癌患者手术部位感染率从64.71%降低至29.63%，更好地确保了患者安全。
Abstract:
The quality control circle group was established to carry out activities based on the theme of “reducing the infection rate on operative site among patients with oral cancer”. According to the cross-sectional investigation, it was found that the infections on oral operative site and on the neck were the key points for improvement. The reasons included the single choice of the rinse solution product, insufficient nutrition, not mastering oral rinse method, incomplete oral cleaning, and the negative pressure device without periodically pressurization. The countermeasures were formulated and implemented, including the use of joint oral rinses, improvement of oral irrigation suction pressure, improvement of negative pressure drainage devices, and the implementation of personalized diet management. The rate of operative site infection among patients with oral cancer was reduced from 64.71% to 29.63%, which ensured patient safety.
