摘要:
目的探讨便携式早期清创冲洗器的应用效果,为卫生决策部门提供参考。方法采用卫生技术评估方法,从技术特性、有效性、安全性、经济性等方面综合评估,数据处理应用SAS软件。结果便携式与其他清创冲洗设备污染物清除率相比提高5%以上,冲洗时间相比减少25%以上,成本效果比为便携式C/E=0.23,超声波C/E=0.35,脉冲式C/E=6.03。结论便携式早期清创冲洗器更加适用于野战环境,建议纳入军队卫生装备配备目录。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of a portable early debridement irrigator and provide evidence for the health decision-making department. MethodsThe health technology assessment method was used for comprehensive assessment from the technical characteristics, effectiveness, safety and economic aspects. The SAS software was used for data analysis. ResultsCompared with other debridement washing equipment, the pollutant removal rate of the portable early debridement irrigator was increased by more than 5% with the flushing time reduced by more than 25%. The cost-effectiveness ratio was C/E=0.23 for portable device, C/E=0.35 for ultrasonic device, C/E =6.03 for pulsed device. Conclusion Portable early debridement irrigator is more suitable for field environment, and it is recommended to be included in military health equipment directory.
