摘要:
可预防性医疗不良事件和可预防性死亡已成为全球住院患者的主要死因。介绍了可预防性医疗不良事件和可预防性死亡的防范策略和研究现状，包括患者的安全文化建设，用技术手段防范不良事件，给药管理系统应用，建立患者安全管理体系，医疗不良事件报告系统建立等。
Abstract:
The preventable medical adverse events and preventable death have become the leading causes of death among inpatients worldwide. The study reviewed the prevention strategy and research status, including the patient's safety culture construction, use of technical means to prevent adverse events, drug management system application, establishment of patient safety management system, medical adverse event reporting system, etc.
