摘要:
介绍了台湾地区全民健保系统医保支付的医保体制、支付制度和付费机制，从支付原则、制度标准、支付范围、形成机制等角度分析了检验项目医保支付制度。台湾地区检验项目支付制度启示如下：立法保障制度可持续，科学支付提高医疗服务绩效，搭建技术评估体系辅助决策，精细化管理确保特殊人群利益。
Abstract:
The paper introduced the system, payment policy and payment mechanism of Medicare payment system in National Health Insurance System in Taiwan. The Medicare payment policy of laboratory items was analyzed from the aspects of payment principle, system standard, payment range, formation mechanism， etc. The enlightenment included the sustainable legislative security system, scientific payment to improve the performance of medical services, building a technical evaluation system to assist decision-making, delicacy management to ensure the benefit of special population.
