摘要:
结合临床实际，围绕肾活检并发症发生率高问题开展品管圈活动。通过现状分析，认为出血、尿潴留是主要症结，通过现场、现实、现物验证，找出6条真因，广泛拟定对策。从对医生进行规范化培训；优化术前评估流程，制定术前风险评估表；采用多种宣教形式，进行情景模拟反馈训练；改进术后卧床时间及体位；改进活检床等5方面整改，使肾活检并发症发生率从6.05%降低为2.42%，取得了较满意效果。
Abstract:
Combining with clinical practice, the quality control circle activities were carried out on the high complications incidence of renal biopsy. Based on the current situation, hemorrhages and urinary retention were the main cruxes. Six real causes were identified through on-site, actual and specimen verification. Countermeasures were formulated from five aspects for improvement, including standardized training of doctors; improvement of preoperative assessment procedures and formulation of preoperative risk assessment form; using various forms of education and the establishment of scenario simulation feedback training; improved postoperative bed rest and position; improved biopsy bed. The incidence of renal biopsy complications decreased from 6.05% to 2.42% and achieved satisfactory effect.
