摘要:
介绍了由三级医院全面托管县级医院的相关情况。由三级医院派驻管理和业务专家下沉至县级医院，建立并完善医疗质量管理组织体系和考核指标体系，有效落实制度建设，注重培训，建立医疗质量持续改进机制。托管后县级医院各项医疗质量指标明显改善，获得了良好的社会评价。该项措施有利于提高县级医院医疗质量，是一种跨区域医疗资源共享的有益尝试，促进了分级诊疗工作的深入开展。
Abstract:
By using the full trusteeship of county-level hospitals, and by accrediting management and business experts from the tertiary hospitals to the county-level hospitals, the medical quality management organization system and the evaluation index system were established and improved. The system construction was effective implemented, training was paid attention to, and medical quality continuous improvement mechanism was established. After the trusteeship, the medical quality indexes of county-level hospitals were significantly improved, and good social evaluation was obtained. The trusteeship of county-level hospitals could promote the medical quality of county-level hospitals, which was a beneficial try of cross-regional medical resources sharing, and promoted the in-depth development of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.
