摘要:
介绍了日本卫生保健中医保支付形成机制、医保支付基本原则以及医保支付调整原则，并对日本医保支付方式和日本医疗服务价格改革情况进行说明，同时指出了日本医保支付方式存在的缺陷，认为我国应该结合日本医保支付经验，改进付费方式，调整价格结构，建立健全医保法律法规，探索适合我国的医保体系。
Abstract:
This paper introduces the formation mechanism, the basic principle, the adjustment principle of Medical insurance Payment about health care in Japan, and also explained the reform of Japan's medical insurance payment method and Japan's medical service price, at the same time, it points out the defects of Japanese medical insurance payment methods. It is believed that our country should combine Japan's medical insurance payment experience, improve payment methods, adjust the price structure, establish and improve the medical insurance laws and regulations, to explore the medical insurance system suitable for our country.
