目的了解患者陪人对医院院务公开的评价,为促进院务公开科学有效实施提供依据。方法采用随机抽样法,抽取104名患者陪人进行问卷调查。结果45.9%的患者陪人知晓院务公开制度,并对院务公开表现出较积极的态度,得分均高于3分;年龄、学历、住院经历、月收入、自身健康评价对院务公开的需要程度、知晓度、满意度三者均有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者陪人中需求度和满意度最高的公开内容是临床、医技科室名称,知晓度最高的是临床、医技科室名称和院内交通与导诊路标。结论医院应提高思想认识,重视院务公开工作,建立健全的院务公开制度
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the evaluation of accompanying personnel of patients on transparency of hospital administrative affaires and provide evidence for its effective implementation. MethodsA randomized sampling method was used to select 104 accompanying personnel of patients for questionnaire survey.Results45.9% of accompanying personnel were aware of the system on transparency of hospital administrative affaires, and showed positive attitude with scores above 3 points. There had significant statistical difference among age, education, hospital experience, monthly income, self-health evaluation on the needs, awareness and satisfaction level of transparency of hospital administrative affaires (P<0.05). The top needs and satisfied items were the names of the clinical and medical departments, and the top awareness items were the name of clinical medical laboratory departments and hospital traffic and guide roadmap. ConclusionThe hospital should improve the ideological awareness, attach importance to the transparency of hospital administrative affaires, establish a sound system and expand the form, content and carrier diversification, for scientific and rational implementation.
