摘要:
目的掌握现行手术类医疗服务项目价格水平，比较和筛选不合理的手术项目，为制定和调整医疗服务价格提供依据。方法构建标化价值模型，测算手术医疗服务项目价值，开展价格水平和比价关系比较分析，综合各因素筛选出需优先调整的项目。结果共测算上海市现行手术类项目数1 698项。现行价格总值为标化价值总值的37%。偏低价格项目数为1 098项，占比为65%；偏低项目中构成比比值低于0.6的项目数为391项，占23%。偏高项目中构成比比值大于3的项目数为226项，占13%。共筛选项目235项，占总项目数的14%，使用量占总使
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the price level of current surgical medical services, compare and screening unreasonable surgical items to provide evidence for medical services price development and adjustment. MethodsThe standardized value model was used to calculate the value of surgical service item, and the relationship between price level and price ratio was analyzed. Based on the comprehensive selection of various factors, the priority of the items needed to be adjusted was analyzed.Results A total of 1698 surgical items were calculated in Shanghai. The current total price was 37% of the total standard value. The number of low-priced items was 1098, accounting for 65%. The number of items with a ratio of less than 0.6 among the low-priced items was 391, accounting for 23%. While the number of items with a ratio greater than 3 among the high-priced items was 226, accounting for 13%. A total of 235 items were screened, accounting for 14%, and the usage amount took up 88% of the total amount, covering a total of 18 disciplines.ConclusionThe current price ratio of surgical items in Shanghai was unreasonable, and the current price level was relatively low. It was suggested that adjustment should be performed step by step in accordance with the relationship between the value and the price, and the price formation and adjustment mechanism should be formed with Shanghai characteristics.
