“以专业机构为中心辐射社区”的康复业务托管模式探讨-《中国卫生质量管理》

摘要:: 通过对我国社区康复相关文献进行深入分析，找出并分析社区康复发展中存在的核心问题，提出能解决核心问题的社区康复发展模式。提出了“以专业机构为中心辐射社区”的康复业务托管模式。该模式的中心思想是通过建立专业康复机构、社区卫生服务中心和基层康复站的纵向网络，将社区卫生服务网络和基层的康复站横向网络有机联系起来，形成立体网络。该模式能更好地发挥专业康复机构、社区卫生服务中心和基层康复站的优势，为残疾人提供连贯、专业的康复服务。

Abstract:: Through the in-depth analysis of the relevant literatures of community rehabilitation in China, the core problems in the development of community rehabilitation were analyzed, and the development mode of community rehabilitation which can solve the core problem was put forward. The rehabilitation business hosting mode based on "professional institutions as the center of radiation on community" was developed. The central idea of this mode was the construction of the three-dimensional network through the establishment of professional rehabilitation institutions, community health service centers and grassroots rehabilitation station vertical network, the community health service network and grassroots rehabilitation station horizontal network organically linked to the formation of rehabilitation operation. This mode will be able to better serve the professional rehabilitation institutions, community health service centers and grassroots rehabilitation stations of their respective advantages, and provide coherent and professional rehabilitation service for the disabled.
