情景模拟软件系统在住院医师培训中的效果评估-《中国卫生质量管理》

摘要:: 目的通过情景模拟软件系统对临床医师进行培训，评价该系统在住院医师临床诊治思维培训中的效果。方法运用情景模拟软件系统，将58名住院医师随机分为未培训组、理论培训组、综合培训组，通过系统自带软件进行考核，对各组参训学员考核成绩运用单因素方差分析进行比较。随后采取调查问卷形式对培训软件进行评价。结果未培训组考核平均成绩为71 ± 13.2分，理论培训组考核平均成绩为85 ± 11.9分，综合培训组考核平均成绩92 ± 7.3分，三组之间均存在统计学差异（P<0.05），受训医师对培训效果满意度较高。结论通过情景模拟软件系统进行临床思维培训，能够培养临床医师建立正确的临床诊治思维，提高规范化急救能力。

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of scene simulation software system in clinical skill training for the residents. MethodsThrough the scene simulation software system, fifty-eight residents were randomly divided into three groups: no training group, theory training group and systematic training group. The exam score of each group by the software system were collected and statistical analysis was made. Furthermore, the training effects were also assessed by the self-made questionnaire．ResultsThe average exam score in the systemic training group was 92 ± 7.3, which was higher than that in theory training group with 85 ± 11.9 and in no training group with 71 ± 13.2 (P<0.05). And the trained residents were with high level of satisfaction．ConclusionBy clinical skill training, the scene simulation system could help the residents to establish correct clinical skill and improve the standard emergency treatment ability.
