摘要:
第5版《美国医疗机构评审联合委员会国际部评审标准》要求,要针对质量监控指标的选取、质量信息的传达、数据验证的设定,建立质量管理组织架构,优化质量监控指标体系,重视质量信息传递与反馈。质量管理办公室在指标选择、协调、整合过程中发挥了督导作用,有效地推动了质量改进和患者安全项目的执行,提升了患者安全和医疗服务质量水平。
Abstract:
According to the requirements of the fifth edition of the "Review Criteria of International Department of American Medical Institutional Review Joint Committee", focusing on the quality control index selection, the quality information transmission, and the data verification setting, the quality management organization structure was established, the quality monitoring index system was optimized, the quality information transmission and feedback was paid attention to. The Quality Management Office played a leading role in the selection, coordination and integration of the indicators, which effectively promoted quality improvement and patient safety programs to enhance patient safety and quality of medical service.
