摘要:
分析了固定采血点发展面临的困难,即献血环境不佳,宣传成效不显著,人员素质不高,工作流程不精,质量管理不细等。从环境标准化、宣传统一化、人才专业化、流程规范化和管理精细化5方面,规范、统一了固定采血点管理工作,特别强调服务对象感知体验,提高了献血者满意度,使质量不良事件明显减少,提高了固定采血点整体运行水平。
Abstract:
The problems in development of the fixed blood collection point were analyzed from five aspects, including poor blood donation environment, insignificant publicity, low quality of personnel, unperfect work process, and rough quality management. The management of the fixed blood collection point was standardized from five aspects, including environmental standardization, propaganda unification, staff specialization, process standardization and quality elaboration, which attached great importance to the perception experience of service object, improved the donors' satisfaction, significantly reduced the quality events, and enhanced the overall running level.
