摘要:
考核评价是提高医院感控工作质量的重要手段。认为，感染管理部门应转变思维，适应职能科室要求，努力强化感控功能；检查考评制度化是感染管理常态化的关键；感染管理既要全覆盖又要抓重点；应让科主任、护士长真正担当起感控责任等。
Abstract:
The quality of Nosocomial infection management needs to be improved through assessment and evaluation. The infection management department should change the conception to adapt to the requirements of management departments, and strive to strengthen the control function. The institutionalized inspection and evaluation is the key for normalization of infection control. The infection management should be performed with full coverage and with focus. Furthermore, the head nurses and directors should carry on the infection control responsibility.
