摘要:
通过对医院学科发展进程中的强弱交替现象进行反思，认为学科文化在学科发展中具有举足轻重的地位和作用，提出塑造医院学科文化，促进学科发展与建设方法与策略，即抓好人本文化、创新文化、团队文化、形象文化及执行文化，为医院学科建设者提供借鉴与参考。
Abstract:
Based on the reflection on the intensity alternation in development process of hospital discipline, the discipline culture plays an important position and role in the development of the discipline. Methods and strategies were proposed to build hospital discipline culture and promote the discipline development and construction, which included humanistic culture, innovative culture, team culture, image culture and executive culture. It provided reference for hospital discipline constructers.
