摘要:
目的找出围产期护理质量评价的关键指标，构建一套科学、客观、全面的围产期护理质量关键指标体系。方法以Donabedian的“三维质量结构”为理论框架，在前期文献研究、质性访谈的基础上，通过专家咨询法和层次分析法，筛选关键指标并确定其权重，构建围产期护理质量评价关键指标体系。结果经过28名围产期护理专家两轮专家咨询，问卷回收率均为为100%，权威系数为0.89，各级指标协调系数分别为0.214、0.181、0.492。构建了包含3项一级指标，7项二级指标和38项三级指标的围产期质量评价关键指标体系，并确定了权重值。 结论初步形成围产期护理质量评价标准及质量关键指标。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the key indicators for quality evaluation of perinatal nursing care, and establish a scientific, objective and comprehensive key indicators system for quality evaluation of perinatal nursing care.MethodTaking the Donabedian " three-dimensional quality structure" as the theoretical framework, based on early literature review and qualitative interview, through expert consultation method and Analytic Hierarchy Process method, key indicators were screened and its weight were determined. The key indicators system for quality evaluation of perinatal nursing care was established.ResultAfter two rounds of expert consultation with 28 experts on perinatal nursing care, the response rate was 100% with authority coefficient of 0.89, and coordination coefficients at all levels were 0.214,0.181,0.492. The key indicators system for quality evaluation of perinatal nursing care was established with weights, which included three first-level indicators, seven second-level indicators and 38 third-level indicators. ConclusionThe perinatal nursing care quality evaluation criteria and the key indicators were initial established.
