摘要:: 目的测量陕西省Ｙ县新农合大病补助满意度，为新农合大病补助制度可持续发展提供理论依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法，选取４个行政村进行问卷调查，用SPSS16.0进行因子分析。结果提取了３个因子，通过建立数学模型算出满意度得分为4.07分(满分为5分)。结论陕西省Ｙ县参合农民对本地实行的新农合大病补助制度满意度较高，但仍可通过加强重大疾病定点医疗机构建设,提高各级管理部门服务和科学制定大病补偿方案来进一步完善。

Abstract:: Objective To measure the satisfaction of catastrophic diseases insurance of new rural cooperative medical scheme in Y country of Shaanxi province, and to provide evidence for sustainable development of the system.MethodCluster randomized sampling method was used to select four villages for questionnaire, and factor analysis was performed by SPSS.ResultThree public factors were extracted, and by using mathematical modelling the satisfaction score was 4.07 (full score of 5).Conclusion The satisfaction level of local farmers was high on catastrophic diseases insurance of new rural cooperative medical scheme in Y country of Shaanxi province. However, it could be improved by strengthening the construction of designated medical institutions, improvement of the services of management departments at all levels, and scientific development of serious illness compensation scheme.
