根据AIDET标准沟通方式的5个步骤，设计并建立AIDET沟通模板，对采血现场招募用语进行详细描述和示范。一是促进了现场招募工作的精细化，员工招募理念和服务意识明显增强；二是实现了现场招募用语的标准化，团队沟通技能和现场招募实效逐步提高；三是重视了服务对象的感知体验，提高了献血者满意度。

According to the five steps in the standard communication style of AIDET, the AIDET communication template was designed to describe in detail and demonstrate the recruiting language and words. Firstly, the fine management of recruitment was facilitated, staff recruitment idea and service consciousness was distinct enhanced. Secondly, the standardization of scene recruiting language was is to realized, the team communication skills and the recruitment efficiency was improved gradually. Thirdly, the service object perception experience was attached great importance to, and the blood donors satisfaction was improved.
