摘要:

Abstract:
Quality of blood testing is an important part to ensure the quality of blood transfusion safety.According to requirements of CNAS CL-02: 2008 "Medical laboratory accreditation standards for quality and competence"(ISO15189),we established the comprehensive quality management system in the transfusion medicine laboratory,and the quality of the blood test had been effectively protected.During the establishment of comprehensive quality management system,the leadership attention was essential,full participation was the foundation,and change of the old work habits was a guaranteed
