核酸集中化检测是提高临床用血安全水平、降低经输血传播疾病风险的重要举措。《血站核酸集中化检测管理规范》地方标准针对血液标本交接不规范、信息化水平不够、应急保障机制不完善等问题,对检测方与委托方的人员资质、设备配置、标本处理、技术要求、质量控制和应急处置等全流程进行系统性规范。该标准的制定与实施将有助于提升核酸集中化检测的质量和效率,为保障临床用血安全提供有力支撑,促进无偿献血事业高质量发展。

Centralized nucleic acid testing is a crucial initiative to enhance the safety level of clinical blood use and reduce the risk of disease transmission through blood transfusion. The local standard for "Management Specifications of Centralized Nucleic Acid Testing in Blood Stations" addresses issues such as non-standardized blood specimen handover, inadequate information technology levels, and imperfect emergency response mechanisms. It standardizes the entire process from personnel qualifications, equipment configuration, specimen handling, technical requirements, quality control, emergency response for both testing parties and entrusting parties. The formulation and implementation of this standard will contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of centralized nucleic acid testing, providing robust support for ensuring the safety of clinical blood use, and promoting the high-quality development of the voluntary blood donation cause.
