目的探索建立“全院一张床”管理模式,提高床位资源使用效率,缓解患者住院难问题。方法2024年1月-6月,上海市第一人民医院实施“全院一张床”管理模式,对比分析该模式实施前后住院患者的应用效果。结果实施“全院一张床”管理模式后,患者平均住院日、床位等候时间等显著低于实施前(P<0.05),患者满意度、床位工作效率指数均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论“全院一张床”管理模式提升了床位使用效率,缩短了患者入院等待时间,改善了患者就医体验。

ObjectiveTo explore the establishment of a " one bed in the whole hospital " management mode, enhance the utilization efficiency of bed resources, and alleviate the problem of hospitalization difficulty.MethodsFrom January to June 2024, Shanghai General Hospital implemented the " one bed in the whole hospital " management mode. A comparison and analysis of the application effects for inpatients was conducted both before and after the mode implementation.ResultsFollowing the implementation of this management mode, the average hospitalization days and bed waiting time of patients were significantly lower than those before the implementation (P<0.05).The patient satisfaction and bed occupancy efficiency index were higher than those before the implementation (P<0.05).Conclusion The "one bed in the whole hospital" management mode has improved the efficiency of bed utilization, shortened patients waiting time for admission, and enhanced the medical experience for patients.
