目的探讨信息化辅助全程风险管理在急诊输液室安全用药质量控制中的应用效果。方法在安全用药过程中进行全程风险管理,并依托医院信息系统(HIS)进行质量控制。采用非同期对照类试验性研究,选取2022年7月-12月基础数据为对照组,2023年7月-12月信息化建设后数据为观察组,比较两组用药错误发生率、护士用药工作能力、护士用药环境感知水平、患者用药满意度等。 结果观察组用药错误发生率明显低于对照组,护士用药工作能力、护士用药环境感知水平、患者用药满意度明显高于对照组,经比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将信息化辅助全程风险管理用于急诊输液室安全用药质量控制中,实现了全程科学、规范的用药管理,降低了用药错误发生率,提高了护士用药工作能力,改善了护士用药良性体验,提升了患者用药满意度。

ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of information-assisted whole-process risk management in safety medication in emergency infusion room. MethodsRisk management was carried out throughout the process of safety medication, and quality control was carried out by hospital information system (HIS). A non-parallel controlled experimental study was conducted, with the basic data from July to December 2022 as the control group and the data after the information construction from July to December 2023 as the observation group. The incidence of medication errors, nurses’ medication work ability, nurses’ medication environment perception level and patients’ medication satisfaction were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe incidence of medication errors in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the nurses’ medication work ability, the nurses’ medication environment perception level and the patients’ medication satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of information-assisted whole-process risk management in the quality control of safety medication in the emergency infusion room achieved scientific and standardized whole-process medication management, reduced the incidence of medication errors, improved nurses’ medication work ability, improved nurses’ medication experience, and enhanced patients’ medication satisfaction.
