摘要:
目的总结国际长期护理服务机构质量指标，为完善我国长期护理服务机构质量评价与监管机制提供参考。方法检索PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网、万方、维普数据库中相关文献。 结果基于不同使用目的，美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、瑞典已使用成熟的质量指标。但我国由于长期护理保险制度起步较晚，尚缺乏统一的质量指标，长期护理服务机构质量监管有待进一步加强。结论借鉴国际经验，系统开发兼顾主观和客观的长期护理服务机构质量指标，同时要加强质量指标方法学评价。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo summarize the quality indicators of international long-term care service institutions, and provide reference for improving the quality evaluation and supervision of long-term care service institutions in China.MethodsRelevant literatures were searched in PubMed, Web of Science, CNKI, Wanfang and VIP databases.ResultsBased on different use purposes, each of the United States, Canada, Australia, and Sweden has the national use of mature quality indicators. However, due to the late start of long-term care insurance system in China, there is still a lack of unified quality indicators, and the quality supervision of long-term care service institutions needs to be further strengthened.Conclusion Based on the international experience, the quality indicators of long-term care service institutions in China should be developed systematically. The quality index should be both subjective and objective, and the evaluation of the quality index methodology should be strengthened.
