摘要:
目的探讨居民对政府办和社会办基层医疗卫生机构签约服务的感知差异。方法采用调查实验方法,以基层医疗卫生机构的公私属性、是否实施质量控制将实验分为4组。采用便利抽样方法,对居民进行问卷调查。结果政府办基层医疗卫生机构的公共卫生感知效果显著高于社会办基层医疗卫生机构(B=0.823,P<0.001),服务流程感知繁琐度显著低于社会办基层医疗卫生机构(B=-0.796,P<0.01);实施质量控制对医疗费用合理性感知(B=0.535,P<0.05)和仁爱感知(B=0.645,P<0.01)具有显著正向作用。结论在保障公共卫生效果的前提下,社会办基层医疗卫生机构可有序开展家庭医生签约服务。但需加强质量控制,提升服务质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the difference between residents' perception of contracted services between government-run and social-run primary medical institutions. MethodsThe experiment was divided into four groups according to the public and private attributes of primary medical institutions and whether quality control was implemented. Convenience sampling method was adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey among residents.ResultsThe public health perception effect of government-run primary medical institutions was significantly higher than that of social-run primary medical institutions (B=0.823, P<0.001), and the perceived complexity of service process of government-run primary medical institutions was significantly lower than that of social-run primary medical institutions (B=-0.796, P<0.01). The implementation of quality control had a significant positive effect on the perceived rationality of medical expenses (B=0.535, P<0.05) and the perceived benevolence (B=0.645, P<0.01). Conclusion On the premise of ensuring the effect of public health, primary medical institutions run by social organizations can carry out contracted services for family doctors in an orderly manner.However,it is necessary to strength quality control and improve service quality.
