摘要:
将“鼓励患者及家属参与患者安全”理念融入临床实践,通过加强健康知识宣教、充分履行知情告知、鼓励患方主动参与医疗活动、积极接受监督反馈等举措,推进“鼓励患者及家属参与患者安全”临床实践的开展。改善医患双方信息不对称的形势,增强患者的获得感;与患方沟通深入和谐,患者对医务人员的信任感显著增强;有效降低了不良事件发生率;医患关系得到明显改善。
Abstract:
The concept of "encouraging patients and family members to participate in patient safety" was integrated into clinical practice. The clinical practice of "encouraging patients and family members to participate in patient safety" was promoted through strengthening health knowledge education, fully fulfilling informed notification, encouraging patients to actively participate in medical activities, and actively accepting supervision and feedback.To improve the situation of information asymmetry between doctors and patients and enhance patients' sense of gain;in-depth and harmonious communication with the patients, and to significantly enhance trust in medical staff;to effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events;and doctor-patient relations had been significantly improved.
