目的提高临床医师自体输血技术水平。方法引入项目教学法，对临床医师进行系统的自体输血技术专项培训。结果培训前后医师自体输血理论知识和技术操作规范掌握程度明显提高，临床自体输血率比较有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论基于项目教学法的临床医师自体输血技术培训，能普遍提高医师的临床技术应用能力。

ObjectiveTo improve the application of autotransfusion technique.MethodsProject-based learning was introduced in special skill training process of autotransfusion technique for clinician.ResultsThe theoretical and operational technical knowledge on autotransfusion technique were significantly improved, and clinical autotransfusion rate was statistically increased (P<0.01).Conclusion The theoretical knowledge and operational regulation training on autotransfusion technique among clinician based on the project-based learning can improve the knowledge and the ability of clinical application of autotransfusion technique.
