摘要:
目的探索并分析药品“分级授权管理”模式在非抗菌药物应用管理中的可行性及干预效果。方法以2013年1月至2014年12月间某院使用量与总金额前十的药品为研究对象，设计了“科主任授权管理”和“主任医授权管理”及“混合管理”三种具体方法，对其中符合特定条件的药品按照“分级授权管理”模式进行干预。结果对相关药品干预前后6个月用药量进行比较，相关药品用量均显著下降。结论“分级授权管理”模式不但可以应用在抗菌药物管理中，还可以根据实际情况推广至其它药品管理中，可有效提高药品的管理水平。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore and analyze the feasibility and intervention effect of drug “hierarchic authorization management” mode in non-antimicrobial management. MethodBetween January 2013 to December 2014, the top 10 drugs used and the top 10 drugs with the most cost in a hospital were selected for intervention by hierarchic authorization management mode, which included “director authorization”, “section director authorization” and “mixed authorization” three management methods. ResultThe comparison of six months’ database of drug use before and after intervention showed the decline of the related drug use. ConclusionThe “hierarchic authorization management” mode not only can be used in the application management of antibiotics, but also can be generalized in the application management of the drugs according to the actual situation, which effectively improved the management of the related drugs.
