摘要:
目的降低用药错误风险值。 方法成立质量改进小组，分析患者静脉用药流程潜在风险的原因，计算风险值（RPN值），将前6位风险值列为本次活动的改善重点。结果用药错误风险值由6 013.5分降至2 310分，活动前排在前6位的风险值均得到改善，达到了活动目标。结论降低了用药错误风险与不良事件发生率，提升了护理安全质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo reduce the risk of medication errors.MethodQuality improvement team was established to analyze reasons for potential risk among patients with intravenous medication by failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA). The top six risk values were set as improvement focus.ResultThe risk value of medication error decreased from 6 013.5 to 2 310, and the top six risk values were improved, which achieved the activity target.ConclusionThe risk of medication errors was reduced, the incidence of adverse events was decreased and the safety quality of nurse care was improved.
