摘要:
目的了解国内外输血信息化领域研究现状。方法运用文献计量学方法,从文献发表年份、第一作者所在国家或省份、发文机构、刊载期刊、研究主题等方面进行分析。结果2016年-2020年国内外输血信息化领域相关文献数量整体呈上升趋势。国外以美国、英国发文量较多,国内以山东省、浙江省、广东省发文量较多。研究主题可分为5大类,分别是献血者服务、采供血业务、血站内部管理、血站信息系统建设、临床输血。结论国内外输血信息化领域研究存在一定差异。国外注重数据预测分析、人工智能技术应用,国内侧重信息系统建设、业务流程控制。输血信息化工作应考虑在理念、流程、方式、信息技术应用等方面创新发展,以实现全面数字化、全程数字化。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the research status in the field of blood transfusion informatization at home and abroad.MethodsBibliometrics was used to analyze the year of publication, the country or province where the first author was located, the institution of publication, the publication journal and the topic of research.ResultsFrom 2016 to 2020, the literature related to blood transfusion informatization showed an upward trend. The United States and the United Kingdom published more papers, while in China, Shandong Province, Zhejiang Province and Guangdong Province published more papers. The research topics can be divided into five categories, including blood donor services, blood collection and supply business, internal management of blood stations, construction of blood station information system, and clinical blood transfusion.Conclusion There were some differences in blood transfusion informatization research at home and abroad. Foreign studies focused on data prediction and analysis, application of artificial intelligence technology, domestic studies focused on information system construction, business process control. Blood transfusion informatization should be innovated and developed in concept, process, method and application of information technology, so as to realize full digitalization and whole digitalization.
