摘要:
目的建立采供血机构综合竞争力评价体系。方法运用文献回顾法、专家访谈法建立采供血机构综合竞争力评价体系备选指标库,经过两轮专家咨询完善评价体系,并运用主观加权法、比例分配法确定各指标权重。结果构建了包含9个一级指标、53个二级指标的采供血机构综合竞争力评价体系,其中,二级指标涵盖16个定性指标和37个定量指标。结论采供血机构综合竞争力评价体系可以为采供血机构发展提供参考。采供血能力、科教能力、信息化建设能力是采供血机构综合竞争力的重点。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo establish the comprehensive competitiveness evaluation system in blood collection and supply institutions.MethodsThe literature review method and expert interview method were used to establish the candidate index database of the comprehensive competitiveness evaluation system of blood collection and supply institutions. After two rounds of expert consultation, the evaluation system was improved, and the weight of each index was determined by subjective weighting method and proportion allocation method.ResultsThe comprehensive competitiveness evaluation system of blood collection and supply institutions was established, which included 9 first-level indexes and 53 second-level indexes. The second-level indexes included 16 qualitative indexes and 37 quantitative indexes.Conclusion The comprehensive competitiveness evaluation system of blood collection and supply institutions provides reference for the development of blood collection and supply institutions. The ability of blood collection and supply, science and education and information construction are the key points of the comprehensive competitiveness of blood collection and supply institutions.
