摘要:
看板管理是医院精益日常管理的有效方法。为了提高员工发现和解决问题的能力,培育医院精益文化,采用持续质量改进看板开展现场持续质量改进活动。近5年来,医院共完成持续质量改进项目3 150项,收效良好。
Abstract:
Dashboard management is an effective method of lean daily management in hospitals. In order to improve the staff's ability to find and solve problems and cultivate the lean culture of the hospital, the continuous quality improvement dashboard was adopted to carry out on-site continuous quality improvement activities. In the past five years, the hospital had completed a total of 3 150 projects of continuous quality improvement, with good results.
