摘要:
目的了解广东省中医院精益医疗管理现状,为完善精益医疗管理提供参考。方法通过梳理394个精益项目基本信息,对项目成员进行问卷调查,采用Epidata 3.0 软件录入问卷数据,SPSS 21.0软件进行统计分析。结果发放596份问卷,回收有效问卷505份。项目改善内容多为流程优化(58.4%);精益工具使用频率较高的是价值流分析(63.6%)、鱼骨图(90.7%)、PDCA(74.3%)和5S管理(76.8%);精益学习沙龙(44.2%)和精益项目现场辅导(19.6%)是比较有效的培训形式;培训时间和培训地点是精益医疗管理满意度较低的两个指标;男性对精益文化的满意度高于女性,精益医疗绿带对精益激励的满意度低于一般员工,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精益项目逐年增加,但项目推进仍面临一定挑战;精益培训体系初步建立,培训形式多元化,但培训普及性尚不理想;精益激励机制初见雏形,精益文化逐渐落地,但不同属性员工差异大。医院应多措并举,进一步改进完善。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the situation of lean healthcare management in Guangdong Hospital of Chinese Medicine, and to provide evidence for improving lean healthcare management.MethodsBased on the basic information of 394 lean projects, a questionnaire survey was conducted on project members. The Epidata 3.0 software was used to input the questionnaire data, and SPSS 21.0 software was used for statistical analysis.ResultsA total of 596 questionnaires were sent out, 505 of which were valid. The content of project improvement was mostly process optimization (58.4%). The most frequently used lean tools were value stream analysis (63.6%), fishbone diagram(90.7%), PDCA (74.3%) and 5S management (76.8%). Lean learning Salon (44.2%) and lean project on-site coaching (19.6%) were more effective training forms. Training time and training place were two indicators of low satisfaction of lean medical management. Male's satisfaction with lean culture was higher than female's, and the satisfaction with lean incentive in the green belt of lean medical treatment was lower than that in the non-green belt, with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Lean medical projects are increasing year by year, but the progress of project is still facing challenges. The lean training system has been initially established and the training forms are diversified, but the universality of training is still not ideal. Lean incentive mechanism is a little rudimentary, and lean culture gradually falls to the ground, but employees of different attributes have great differences.The hospital should take multiple measures at the same time, further improve and perfect.
