摘要:
目的了解近5年来Web of Science数据库收录日间手术相关研究的核心主题和前沿研究领域，为国内日间手术领域研究提供参考。方法利用CiteSpace软件对Web of Science收录的近5年日间手术相关文献进行可视化分析。结果共获得检索结果1 430篇，经过CiteSpace去重后，共获得1 426篇有效学术期刊论文。发文量初步出现下降趋势，研究机构之间合作关系较少。目前对日间手术术后疼痛、并发症及某些术式的研究有较高热度。结论日间手术的安全和疼痛为本领域研究的热点及前沿。国内学者可开展多学科合作的疼痛研究，对新入术式进行安全性及经济效益的评价，以及从四级手术日间化等角度展开研究。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo clarify the core themes and cutting-edge research fields of ambulatory surgery related research included in the Web of Science database in the past five years, and to provide reference for domestic research in the field of ambulatory surgery.MethodsThe CiteSpace software was used for visualized analysis on ambulatory surgery collected by Web of Science in the last five years.ResultsA total of 1 430 studies were obtained. After the deduplication remove by the CiteSpace, a total of 1 426 valid academic journal papers were included. The number of articles published had initially declined, and there was little cooperation between the distribution of research institutions. The researches on postoperative pain, complications and some operative methods of ambulatory surgery were very hot.Conclusion The safety and pain of ambulatory surgery are the hotspots and frontiers of research in this field. Domestic scholars can carry out multi-disciplinary pain management, evaluate the safety and economic benefits of new surgical procedures, and conduct research from the perspective of diurnal four-level surgery.
