摘要:
目的探讨2012年-2018年全国三级公立医院医疗收入结构变动情况，为优化三级公立医院医疗收入结构及费用控制提供参考。方法 运用描述分析法、灰色关联法和结构变动度，分析2012年-2018年三级公立医院门诊和住院医疗收入结构变动情况。结果2012年-2018年全国三级公立医院医疗收入增幅放缓，门诊和住院医疗收入结构变动度分别为21.32%、26.02%，内部结构不合理，药品收入呈负向变动，但其贡献率仍占50%左右，依旧是医疗收入的主要构成单元；体现医务人员技术价值的服务项目价值增加明显。结论要警惕出现医疗
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the changes of the medical income structure of tertiary public hospitals in China from 2012 to 2018, and to provide reference for optimizing the medical income structure and cost control of tertiary public hospitals.MethodsBy using descriptive analysis method, grey correlation method and structural variation degree, the study analyzed the structure change of outpatient and inpatient medical income in tertiary public hospitals from 2012 to 2018. ResultsFrom 2012 to 2018, the growth rate of medical income of tertiary public hospitals across the country slowed down. The rate of change in the medical income structure of outpatient and inpatient was 21.32% and 26.02%, respectively. The internal structure was unreasonable, and the revenue of medicines showed negative changes, but its contribution rate still accounted for about 50%, it is still the main component of medical income; the value of service items that reflect the technical value of medical staff has increased significantly.Conclusion It should be alert to the situation that medical income cannot meet expenditure, continue to strengthen the control of the income of medicines and health materials, focus on the items that reflect the value of medical personnel's labor, optimize the medical income structure.
