摘要:
通过文献复习，总结了美国、澳大利亚、爱尔兰及我国养老机构护理质量评价指标体系，发现我国体系存在理论研究较为滞后，评价体系尚未统一，构建方法具有较强主观性，缺乏有效监管平台与机制等问题。建议遵循质量评价指标体系的开发步骤，加强学术研究，完善护理质量指标体系内容，开发国家级养老机构护理质量指标数据平台。
Abstract:
Through literature review, the study summarized the evaluation index system of nursing quality in nursing institutions for the aged in the United States, Australia, Ireland and China, and found that there were some problems in China, such as lagging theoretical research, ununified evaluation system, strong subjectivity in construction method, and lack of effective supervision platform and mechanism. It was suggested to follow the development steps of the quality evaluation index system, strengthen academic research, improve the content of the nursing quality index system, and develop the data platform of the nursing quality index in national nursing institutions.
