摘要:
从资源配置、流程优化、成本管控、绩效管理等4个方面介绍了新冠肺炎疫情期间某公立医院“1+3”模式运营管理经验。提出如下建议：合理布局空间，保障医疗救治需求；以项目为抓手，落实问题清单并追踪解决；做好成本管控，应对DRG付费挑战；平衡效益与效率，保障医务人员待遇等。
Abstract:
The study introduced the operation management experience of the "1+3" mode in a public hospital during the COVID-19 epidemic from four aspects of resource allocation, process optimization, cost control and performance management. Suggestions were put forward as follows: reasonable layout of space to ensure medical treatment needs; taking the project as the starting point to implement the problem list and track the solution; carrying out cost control to respond to the challenge of DRG payment; balancing benefits and efficiency to ensure the treatment of medical personnel.
