针对公立医院新建专科院区运营管理的主要问题和实际困难，以四川大学华西医院温江院区为例，从学科定位、组织架构、职业化管理、信息化建设、运营管理、精益管理等维度进行运营成效分析与研究，为公立医院新建院区的运营管理提供有益借鉴和参考。

In view of the main problems and practical difficulties faced by the comprehensive operations management of the new specialized branch of public hospitals, taking the Wenjiang Branches,West China Hospital of Sichuan University as an example,operational effectiveness was analyzed and researched from the dimensions of disciplinary orientation,Organizational structure,professional management,information construction, operations management, lean management, etc.This paper is aiming to provide useful reference for the operations management of the new campus of public hospitals
